[Server Update] Content update for CS:Source (v34)!

A content update for Counter-Strike: Source (v34) has been applied ! Nothing much internally has been changed over the previous update other than extremely minor plugin rewrites for the Automix server. However, several popular maps and ports have been applied to both servers !

Changelog

Automix-Server only

• The server now auto-restarts map every 30 minutes instead of every hour.
• fy_snow_07 is now set as the reset map whenever the server is suddenly empty.
• Small Anticheat code cleanups, rare false detections should not trigger anything anymore.

The following changes have been done specifically to reset the map whenever a match is going to be started, for maximum performances.
